A $300 security deposit is required on all rentals. This deposit protects against damage or late returns and is fully refundable when you return the e-bike in good condition.
The deposit is charged to your card at booking and returned within 48 hours of a successful return. We inspect the bike at drop-off and process refunds promptly so you are never waiting.
Deposit is collected securely through Stripe along with your rental fee.
After bike inspection at drop-off, your full deposit is refunded to the original payment method.
If the bike is returned damaged, the deposit covers repair costs.
Plans change, and we get it. Our cancellation policy is straightforward so you always know where you stand. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Full refund processed within 5-10 business days. No questions asked. We want you to book with confidence.
Cancel between 1 and 2 days before
50% refund issued to your original payment method. The remaining 50% covers our scheduling and preparation costs.
Cancel within 24 hours of your rental
No refund available. At this point, the bike has been reserved and prepped exclusively for your rental. You are welcome to reschedule if availability allows.
